If a person quits without notice do you have to give them vacation pay
One of are employees just quit and we pay them but didn’t feel that we had to give
the person vacation pay. The person felt we owed them the 32 hours left of
vacation. Do we?

Your state does not require payout of vacation time when employment terminates unless there was a written agreement (e.g. an employment contract) requiring you to pay on termination. In the absence of such an agreement, you do not need to pay them for their unused vacation hours.
