Generally speaking no, the juvenile charge can not be brought up in the adult case. However, some judges can let certain of the facts surrounding a juvenile charge in to an adult case to show things like intent of a defendant. But that would be in cases where the crimes are related in some way. It can be discretionary and up to the judge but a defense attorney would argue against it being let in as prejudicial or based upon other reasons and I am sure use it as the basis of an appeal should the defendant be convicted in the trial. I would speak with a criminal defense attorney in your area.
