You need to look at what the order requiring the ex-spouse to pay health insurnace says. As a general matter, former spouse's subsequent remarriage does not automatically terminate some form of support, such as paying for health insurance; that's why, for example, they are people paying alimony while supporting their new families. What is critical is what the judge's order specifies and provides. If you're concerned about this, as you seem to be, you should probably take the order and consult with experienced matrimonial or divorce counsel, who can evaluate the order and the situation, advise you as to what will likely happen, and, if appropriate, suggest any actions you could take to preserve the payments.
