What to do if I would like to know what motion I need to file to dismiss my attorney?
I tried to contact him 4 times this month. He answered 1 saying he would call the next morning but didn’t. I’ve got 4 BS felonies against me; the cop supposedly did an illegal search so it should be dismissed, nutnthisguy is an ambulance chaser. I’m terrified of jail or prison. I need time to get another lawyer.

You will need a substitution of attorney form. The easiest way for you to do this would be if you have retained another attorney, that new attorney can take care of the substitution of attorney form which you, your new attorney and your former attorney sign. Then, your new attorney files the document with the court.
The other way you can do this prior to retaining another attorney is for you and your former attorney to sign the substitution of attorney naming you as in pro per (representing yourself). You file the substitution of attorney form with the court. This is only temporary listing you as in pro per until you retain another attorney and have that new attorney sign a substitution of attorney form in which you are no longer representing yourself. That new substitution of attorney form is then filed with the court.
