If I worked for a sub-contractor and was injured so now I have seizures and other medical problems, can I sue the company the sub-contractor was contracted?

If not, who can I sue for medical damages?

Generally, if you are injured on the job, you can not sue anyone and your damages are limited to collecting under the state's worker's compensation system.  If you haven't already, you should ask the company you were working for (the sub-contractor) to give you paperwork to file a worker's compensation claim.
