What are my unemployment rights if I worked a part-time job and was told there was no work for me at the time and that they would let me know when there was?.
I never heard anything about going back to work. I called in for unemployment and it was denied because the reason I got was that I had left there to work my other job full-time. I didn’t get a full-time position for at least 5 more months after that. This happened over 3 years ago. What can I do about it?

After three years, it's too late to seek unemployment compensation--unemployment benefits are not available retroactively, and too much time has passed for an appear of your denial. You also would not have a cause of action against your former employer, since they were under no obligation to provide work to you or even tell you if or when you might have work.
