What if I am not being aid for all of the hours that I have worked?

I work overnight at a fast food hmburger chin. I have been clocked out for 2 sometimes 3 hours a night when I actually worked. My paycheck stubs do not match the hours on my clock-out slips. Ever since I asked for my money, one particular manager has harassed me and continually accused me of stealing. I went home shaking and crying the other night due to her harassment. I want the money I worked for. I only have click-out slips to cover 1 check but I know they can print out all my past hours and see that I was clocked out for hours at a time. They also clock me out for breaks when most of the time I do not receive one.

Legally, if you are an hourly employee, you must be paid for all hours worked, including overtime as applicable (such as if you work more than 40 hours in one workweek). If you believe you are not being paid for all your hours, you should contact your state department of labor about filing a complaint, or speak with an employment law attorney about a possible lawsuit.
