If I work for a print shop and we have 4 supervisors, is there anything legal to protect me from being asked to do something the other supervisors are not?
There are 2 supervisors per night shift but another supervisor convinced the department manager to change his shift and I am no the only supervisor required to work one day a week by myself. that supervisor is leaving the job and they may not replace him and I may have to work more days by myself.

The fact is that not all employees need be treated the same or even fairly. That is unless their treatment violates company policy, an employment contract/unon agreement or is based on some form or actionable discrimination/retalaition.
