What to do if I work for a female bully manager who stays focused on me?

I spoke to my regional who had me on a phone call with the VP of HR. this will be the third time that the company has used me to whistle blow on a manager. I have been dumped in a corner and not being utilized. This go around, I have been put on administrative leave while management looks into this allegation. I seriously do not want to go back. What are my options?
