What to do if my brother was fired from a company that I also work for and now I think that it will fire me?

I work for a company that my brother managed and he’s been fired. I am an excellent worker at this job but since he is related to me, I feel that they won’t want me to work there. I’m beyond stressed out; I depend on this job and my hours have been cut already. I don’t know the details to his termination but I do know it was related to money.

Unfortunately, if you are an employee at will--that is, if you don't have an employment or union contract of some kind protecting your employment (such as by limiting the reasons for which you could be terminated, or requiring the company to follow a certain procedure to terminate you--then the employer may fire you at any time, for any reason. Therefore, if you are an employee at will, you may be fired because they also fired your brother.
