If I was recently suspended almost 2 ago weeks and I haven’t heard anything further from the company, how long do they have to get back to me?

I was told that a complaint of sexual harassment was brought up against me it’s going on 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing from anyone. They told me a week tops and I’d hear something. But nothing yet? How long can they keep me suspended?

Unfortunately, they can keep you suspended indefinitely--the law does not put a time limit on this. They could also simply fire or terminate you, unless you have an employment contract protecting your job in some way (for example, laying out a disciplinary process which must be followed).

At a certain point, if you are not working, even if you are not officially fired, you may be able to claim unemployment benefits for being "constructively," or effectively, terminated. There is no hard and fast rule for when this occurs--it's essentially when it becomes evident that there is no more employment for you, at least for  the foreseeable future.
