What doI do if I was the passenger in a car accident and it was my driver’s fault?

The driver is blaming me for driving. I clearly was not. There were surveillance street light cameras. He ran the red light. He was intoxicated. I have several injures.

I am confused.  Which driver is blaming you?  The driver of the vehicle you were in?  Or the driver of the vehicle that your car hit?  Are you the owner of the car?  Did you let someone who you knew was drunk drive the car?  Passengers are not generally liable for the actions of the drivers.  But owners can be what is known as vicariously liable for actions of drivers.  I think that you should seek consultation from an attorney in your area on the matter as soon as you can. It sounds as if you have been sued or that you are going to be sued very soon.  The facts need to be detailed in person and you need t be advised.  Good luck to you.
