If I was struck in the back of the head by a front-end loader on a construction site, is this matter for personal injury or worker’s comp?
I work directly for the general contractor but the operator was from a subcontractor. I now have double vision and black spots in my sight.

Since you were injured on the job, you have a workers' compensation claim. Your employer's human resources department will have the documents you need to file for workers' compensation. You will receive medical treatment and compensation for your injuries, and if necessary, vocational rehabilitation through workers' compensation.
