If I was rear-ended and suffered a neck strain, how much can I get from the ar fault driver’s insurance company?
A lady hit me from behind gong about mph and I was at a dead stop and she never hit her brakes. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Diagnosed severe strain. Have been going to my doctor and he has me doing stretch exercises to relieve strain. Has not worked and he said the next step is shots and physical therapy. I never had neck pain before and now I wake up every morning with pain that lasts all day. The adjuster calls me every week wanting to settle What is the max I can get from insurance company. I’ll have neck pain maybe for life.

Florida motor vehicle law requires a "serious injury" in order to be compensated for pain and suffering. This generally means "permanent injury".
Insurance companys are generally very hard on this issue. Good luck.
