Whatt o do if I was pulled over because the cop said my tags were expired even though they were not and he ended up finding marijuana?

It was only and ounce. He also found a firearm that I legally own? How should I proceed?

If you have been charged with a crime and you believe that the stop that lead to contraband that was found on your possession leading to the charges was legally improper, you should consult with a criminal defense attorney to explore a motion to supress the evidence against you based upon an improper stop in violation of your constitutional rights.

If succesful, the charges should end up being dismissed against you.
