Because you have a physical injury, and most likely an emotional injury, associated with the molestation, you could file a personal injury suit against your father.  In addition to a civil action, you could also press criminal charges for sexual assault of a child if this occurred when you were younger than 17 years of age.  If you were over 17 years of age, you could also file charges of prohibited sexual conduct, which is a second degree felony in Texas.

Regardless of which option or options you chose to utilize, you may want to start moving forward now.  Personal injury suits have a shorter statute of limitations.   Texas has much more generous time lines for filing criminal charges in sexual assault and indecency cases.
