AmI still responsible for alimony to my ex-wife if she is fully supported by her live-in boyfriend?

My ex-wife is now living quite comfortably in her boyfriend’s large lake front house. She now lives out of state.

Please go back and read your divorce agreement and consult with an attorney about the law in your state.  I am fairly certain that there is a provision in both that states that alimony stops upon cohabitation of your ex.  Proving it will be the issue but may be well worth the investment.  You must, though, get the court to issue the order stopping it.  Do not just do it on your own. Good luck.
