Making terroristic threats means making threats of violence.

In court, the judge will determine whether or not there is sufficient evidence to support  a charge of making terroristic threats.  If the judge determines that there is sufficient evidence, the judge will set bail.  If you are unable to post a bond, you will be incarcerated until trial.

You need to be represented by an attorney.  The attorney may be able to get the charge reduced.  Whether or not the attorney is able to get the charge reduced, you will need an attorney.  If the charge is not reduced, making terroristic threats is a felony with a possible lengthy prison sentence.
