WE BOTH WERE TURNING LEFT OUT OF GAS STATIONS HIT HEAD ON AT THE YELLOW LINE.I WANT TO KNOW IF THE INSURANCE WILL BLAME AND TRY TO COME AFTER ME SINCE I HAD NO INSURANCE. IT DOESN’T MEAN IT’S MY FAULT JUST CAUSE I DIDN’T HAVE INSURANCE RIGHT?

The fault of the accident is only one consideration in terms of the insurance coverage. If you were both turning left, most states would consider that both of your faults and in states where 50% contributory negligence is the end of obtaining judgment from the other, you both may need to seek redress from your own insurance company if you have coverage and if you do not have coverage, you may simply need to pay any damages to fix your vehicle out of your own pocket. If the police came to the accident, was a police report taken and if so, did the officer opine (render an opinion) on the police report that it was the other's fault? Probably not, but it may be worth a shot for you if the report so says to show the other driver's insurance company. If the police came out, were you given a citation for carrying no insurance?
