If I was in an auto accident for which I was not at fault, since I have injuries what do I do next?

The driver attempted to change lanes while I was beside him. He has full coverage auto insurance and I was not covered at the time. I have been experiencing back and neck pain since. Do I have any rights? And what should my next move be?

Obtain the services of an attorney who specializes in personal injury cases arising from automobile cases; do not let the adjuster for the insurance company for otherside try to obtain your signature on any document without the legal advice of an attorney. Do not delay, as there are time limits in which to file legal action against the otherside for recovery of any $ damages for any injuries you have suffered.
