company ws paying for phys theropy and according to my physical theoropist im far from being close to the pecentage he likes to see the doctor says it will never heal 100 percent my problem is cant kneel twist crawl or extend with out severe pain and workers comp pulled the care 2weeks ago and said there done .basically i will always have a disabuility now and its hard to have a normal lifeno sports it tough to play with my kids and very ough to perform my job , .what recourse do i have and what righ does the workers comp have to pull my theropy with out a function test or a second oppinion

Workers compensation only pays for treatment to the point of "Maximum Medical Improvement," or MMI. The doctor is the only one who can say that you have reached MMI, and he must have done so, or the compensation insurance company has made a mistake that you should be able to correct.
You have a permanent partial disability, and you can get money from workers compensation for that. You will have to file a claim, and it is best to have an attorney who does workers comp claims on a regular basis handle this for you.
