I missed 1 day of work. I don’t want to be a hassel but I don’t want this to happen to others.

Other than reporting this to the city department of health or the state board/agency which licenses pharmacies, who may choose to investigate and take action, there is nothing to do: being sick for a day and losing one day's work or wages would entitle you to so little compensation (compensation is related to the money you lost and harm you suffered) that you would spend more on a lawsuit or other private legal action than you'd get back.
