Under federal law as well as the laws of all states in this country, it is illegal to discriminate against a person based upon race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, and the like. Unfortunately for you even though there may be discrimination against you based upon you having tattoos on your hands which prevented you from getting a job, the reasons for you not getting a job does not in and of itself seem to warrant you having a factual or legal basis for a lawsuit in my opinion.
