What to do if I was charged with a DUI even though I was not in the vehicle and they did not actually arrest me or even read me my rights?
How can I fight this with out much money? I have never had a DUI before.

You will have to provide more details, but it sounds like you may have some possibilities. However, if you are looking to fight this without "much money", I would suggest that you ask for a Public Defender. If you qualify, one will be appointed for you.
