If I was banned from a chain store for shoplifting but go to a different location of the same store and use my debit card will they track me down for trespassing?

"Will" they track you down? It's possible--the debit card would let them see who was there. However, if the banned list is not checked against debit card users, then the information will not come to light. So they have the capability of doing this--and if they do, you will have committed the offense of defiant trespassing (trespassing despite being told to not do so)--but there is no way of knowing if they will do it.
