If I was backing up my company van on my fiance’s property and had an accident, can my employer make me pay for the damages to the van?
I was watching a car out my right side mirror and hit the tailgate of her farm truck, which is not licensed. This happened in a no fault state.

YOur employer can fire you if you refuse to pay for the damage you caused, unless you have an employment contract which would protect your employment in this situation. (Without an employment contract, you are an "employee at will" and may be fired for any reason.)
You could also be sued by your employer to recover the cost of the repairs.
