No, under no circumstances speak with the police without having an attorney present. You are under no obligation to go in to the police station and if the police come to your home you do not need to speak with them. The fact is that you could inadvertently say something incriminating. Questioning you without your having an attorney by your side is to their benefit. Make no mistake, they will try to get you to implicate yourself.
Bottom line, you really need to consult with a criminal law attorney ASAP.
