What will happen if I was arrested out of state while on probation in my home state?
I have to go see my PO tomorrow and I’m wondering if he’ll know about it? More importantly, will he have me arrested on the spot? Or if he’ll violate me and I’ll get my day in court?

Most likely in the end your probation officer will find out about your recent arrest in the state other than the one that you reside in.
Assuming that he or she does, then most likely you will be facing a new charge in your home state of violating your probation where if convicted your suspended sentence could be imposed from the first conviction. I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney for guidance as to the potential new charge of violating your probation.
