What to do if I was arrested for a shoplifting incident which I didn’t do?
It was my employer accusing me. They claim to have video which hasn’t been made available to me. I have a fantastic purchase and work history I even carried thousands of dollars worth of merchant from store to store. What should I do and what can I look at if convicted?

If your employer is accusing you of shoplifting I suggest that you immediately consult with a criminal defense attorney and have a meeting with the attorney in tow to try and resolve the dispute with your employer. If the claim is not resolved, then you need to decide whether you want to remain as an employee or not.
