If I was arrested for sales and posession charges 3 weeks ago but still have no public defender, what should I do?

My fiancee and I are co-defendants. I asked for contact and now I have deputies stalking me out. Could they be full of it and just trying to find something they can charge me with? I was suppossedly set up by an informant.

If you were arrested then you should seek legal counsel concerning the sales and possession charges that you have written about.

As to the surveillance by law enforcement that you have written about there must be some reason why you are of interest to law enforcement where you are being observed for possibly some other crime or contacts that you have.
