There are a number of defense to disorderly condust so you should consider speaking with an attorney. If you are convicted, or plead guilty, you can get up to 15 days imprisonment or a fine no more than $250.  There is also a provision about if you gained money or property as a result of this charge but no facts were given here as to same.  Seek help.
