How can I get that felony expunged?

I pledge guilty to involuntary manslaughter and a DWI aout 4 years ago. I want to become a licensed funeral directory. From my understanding, my state board will not give me my license unless the felony is expunged.

Not all criminal convictions can be expunged. In fact, typically felonies cannot be, although that is not always the case. Also, expungement is virtually always only available for first-time offenders (you did not indicate wether or not you have a previous criminal record).

To find out about your situation, google your state's name and the word "expungment". Most states have detailed information as to who is eligible for expungment and the steps to take to get one. If you feel that the information is not clear or that the procedure for expungment is somethng that you don't want to handle yourself, then you can contact a local criminal law attorney for help.
