If you already own your home and are planning on getting married soon, there is nothing preventing you from placing your new wife's name on legal title to the home that you own. All that needs to be done is for you to sign a deed to that effect and record it with the county recorder's office where the property is located.
You need to realize that should you do this, a gift of your interest in the real property has been given by you to your wife where she is entitled to whatever interest was given her regardless. I suggest that you consult with a real estate attormey about the drafting of the deed.
