If I own a home that was mostly built by my live in boyfriend, does he have any ownership rights to the property?

I hired contractors for some of the work and paid for the building materials. My name only is on the deed. He has given me $13k toward bills in the past 6 years.

Good question. As long as your name is solely on record title to the real property that you are writing about, you alone have the presumption under the law as the sole owner of the property. If you live in boyfriend has done a lot of work on the home and over the past 6 years has given you $13,000 towards bills ($180.55 monthly for this time period) you have a pretty good argument that his "rent payment" to you was in the form of the labor that he did on the property that he built.

From what you have written, I see no legal or factual basis for any ownership rights claim to your home by your boyfriend.
