I own an advertising agency in GA. A former client didn’t pay for advertising that my company ran on their behalf. They are in TX. Do get attorney to sue in GA or TX?

A lawsuit can be filed where the plaintiff resides or where the defendant resides or where the claim arose.

The lawsuit could be filed in either GA or TX.  For your convenience regarding filing documents with the court and court appearances, it would be advisable for you to file in GA.  You can retain a GA attorney.
