I need to know if there’s anything I can do about being wrongfully terminated?
On 2/7 I was pressured by my immediate supervisor to resign. I told him I would think about it over night just to get him out of my then very small office due to feeling very uncomfortable with the tone that he was taking with me. I let him know the next morning that I had decided to not resign. He continued to pressure me as he had the night before with numerous phone calls throughout the day. Finally that evening with my boyfriend listening he told me that I was terminated. I signed up for my unemployment which then was denied due to my supervisor telling human resources that I had resigned. I wasn’t paid for the day I worked on 2/8 nor was I given two weeks pay as I was told had I indeed resigned. I need to know if there any laws to protect employees. I had not been given a verbal or written notices prior to any of this occurring.

Was this action prohibited under the terms of an employment contract or union agreement? Did your treatment constitute some form of legally actionable discrimination (which it does not appeared to have)? If not, then as an "at will" worker you could have been fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.

Unless you had a signed written employment contract for a definite period of time, which period was still in effect (e.g. a one-year contract, and the year is not up), you were an "employee at will." An employee at will may be terminated at any time, for any reason, without prior notices ir warnings. Based on what you write, they could legally terminate you.
