If I moved out of state and have a warrant will I be extradited?

I have a felony warrant in one state but now loive in another. The charges against me are DUI and simple theft (flowers; I took some flowers when I was messed up). I went for rehab here. I want to turn myself in but do not have money to travel. Will they come looking for me?

Technically, yes you can be arrested and extradited on the warrant in your current state, however this can be costly for states to do, so often times an extradition will not occur for low level offenses.
