If I’m working as an IC at an autism center and was just informed they will begin videotaping our sessions with the kids, is this legal without my permission?

I’m not comfortable with this at all.

Yes, it is legal without your permission. An employer may videotape employees and work at will, without the employee's consent, so long as they either inform that employee they are doing this and/or make the video cameras so obvious that any reasonable person would see that they are being videotaped. And, of course, they cannot videotape in rest rooms, changing or locker rooms, etc.
