Would I be able to register my company and get a TIN, if my trademark is still pending or do I have to wait for the trademark to get approved?
I’m currently working on starting a clothing company and recently filled out the form to trademark my company name and logo. My next step is to register my business and get a TIN (tax identification number).

Registration of a business and getting a tax id number and registeration of a trademark are legally wholly separate and distinct. You may may do either one without doing--and therefore, without waiting for the approval of--the other. So you can go ahead with registration.
