I really have to say that this is a very difficult question to give any guidance on here. Difficult for many reasons.  First and foremost an attorney can not give anyone any guidance on how to avoid their obligations.  And I must say that trying to avoid one as important as supporting your own children and instead taking that money and buying something that seems on the outside looking in as a frivolous purchase is a little too difficult to try and rationalize here.  Anything in your name will be attached.  And really rightfully so. In the words of Spike Lee: do the right thing.  Get caught up on your child support.
