If I’m an F1 visa holder who is expecting a baby with US citizen, would asking for Medicaid affect me getting a green card in the future?

It should not but it would probably be best if your spouse who is US citizen requests the assistance.  You will be asked if you have ever sought public assistance in the future green card applications and you will need to disclose this even though it should not affect your ability to obtain a green card.
