Have you ever seen the Trust document?  The terms of the trust will govern the disposition of the proceeds so it really depends on the Grantor (the person who made the Trust).  If you can find out the terms then you should be able to better estate plan but you can do that regardless really.  You can decide who will get the proceeds of your estate should you inherit or not.  Good luck.
