I live in roanoke, virginia. I want to know if there is a defense or case info to help my husband. My husband is going for a probation violation. He was diagnosed with bipolar, depression, separation anxiety and has past sexual abuse by family members. He has not been in any trouble after being diagnosed and put on medications that seemingly worked and helped him stay grounded. Now in jail, they will not provide him with the medication that he has been on for a year and said that they do not treat or provide mess for bipolar. Is there some statue, law or anything that can be used in his defense and may help him not get six years?
