If my husband moved out of our home without my knowing and will not sign separation or divorce papers, can I drop his insurance coverage?
He wants me to continue to carry his and his 2 daughter’s health insurance. I told him I am dropping it as I cannot afford to pay for it any longer. When I called the insurane company to cancel, they told me that I cannot cancel their insurance as it is against the law to do so. Is that true?
