If you entered a guilty or no contest plea concerning the three misdemeanors that you have written about resulting in your conviction of these offenses, you will not be entitled to have your criminal filed sealed by court order unless you are a minor, under 18 years of age.

Possibly you might be able to get these convictions expunged after a passage of so many years depending upon the nature of the offenses you plead guilty to, what you have done with your life since the convictions and the reason for the desired expungement. If the convictions are expunged, for all intents and purposes you were never convicted of these misdemeanors, but there would still be public reference of your criminal matters.

I recommend that you consult with a criminal defense attorney about your expungement question and likelihood of success in any such petition for it.
