Unless you are an emancipated minor per court order your mother seemingly is responsible for your well being until you are an adult, namley age 18 under the laws of all states in this country. Unless your mother is willing to let you live out of state as a minor with some responsible adult, you cannot legally do so unless you are deemed an emancipated minor per court order.
