I hired a lawyer to get bonds set on insufficient bonds he missed court and will not answer my calls should i find another attorney and try to get a refund

This attorney set a bond hearing and did
not show up. Now he wont talk ti me

You should contact the Texas State Bar and file a complaint against your attorney for failure to attend the hearing, failure to communicate with you and if applicable, failure to refund the fee you paid. You should also retain another attorney  for another bond hearing.
