If I have to go into Examination Under Oath but can’t afford an attorney, how can I prepare for this?
What are my rights? I have memory issues due to a learning disability. I know I can easily rearrange my memories or confuse them together, so I don’t want to mess up during this process.

Is the EUO for property damage or a PIP or UIM claim? They happen more and more these days. If you truly have a memory issue due to a long term disability make sure that you state same at the start of the EUO and when you are under oath. I would write down a time line of events for you to refer to at the EUO so that you do not confuse memories together. It does not have to be detailed just make sure that it functions for you.
