Do I have to allow my daughter’s stepmother to pick my daughter up when her father is out of town?
I have sole legal and primary physical custody of my daughter in Indiana. Her father has parenting time according to the our state’s parenting time guidelines. Her father travels out of town often without informing me. The past few weeks he has had his wife, my daughter’s stepmother, pick my daughter up from school for mid-week parenting time, even though he is out-of-town. I do not feel like she is entitled to the mid-week parenting time, when my daughter’s father is out-of-town and not around for any of the time.

Unless the presumed custody order states that your daughter's step-mother is allowed to pick up your daughter when her father is not around to do so then technically you are not obligated to allow such. Given your concerns about the matter, I suggest a talk with the child's father to allow you custody when he is out of town.
