If I’ve signed a listing agreement with a broker but have now found out that the broker is selling his business to another broker, is my listing agreement still a valid?

Probably but read the agreement to be sure.  The broker owns a business and the busines shas assets  - your agreement is an asset - and the contracts should transfer.  But I can see where you would feel that the contract was made becuase you trusted that particular broker, correct?  If that is the angle you want to take then speak with ana ttorney in your area on the matter.  Good luck.
